Solar panels floating on the sea: the idea may sound like something from
science-fiction, but an Italian firm has made it a reality. In the
first scheme of its kind in the world, the panels turn on the water in
order to follow the sun. As well as providing renewable energy, the
scheme is cheaper to install than traditional solar panels.
